Thank you for considering Stacey Webb for professional interpreting services. The rates listed below are competitive with current industry standards. Differential rates may be negotiated at the time of assignment request. This may include legal, platform, theatrical or otherwise more demanding assignments. Washington, DC Metropolitan Area
(DC, MD, VA)
Rates:
$115 Initial fee - up to 2 hours
-$45.00 an hour thereafter
$120 Initial fee for other interpreters
-$50.00 an hour thereafter

Mid-South (TN, KY)
Rates:
$80.00 Initial Fee- up to 2 hours
-$40.00 an hour thereafter
Arrangements will be discussed if other interpreters are needed

Coverage

Assignments that last more than 2 hours generally require two interpreters. Depending on the location and availability Stacey Webb can assist in making those arrangements.

Reimbursable Costs

Mileage:           First 30 miles is free. .40 cents for all miles thereafter.
Per Diem:         Other locations requiring overnight stay will be charged at the current Federal per diem rate for work area.
Time Travel:     Jobs over 100 miles are portal to portal and will be charged as a minimum full 8-hour day.

Short Notice Fee

Additional $40.00 may be applied for assignments scheduled with less than two business days notice.

Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellations with less than two business days notice will be billed at the regular rate. For assignments that are booked for more than two days, only the first two days will be billed. Cancellations due to inclement weather are billed unless otherwise negotiated. No shows are billed without exception.

Inclement Weather Policy

Stacey Webb has taken effort to ensure that she is prepared to handle all manner of inclement weather. She will cancel without cost only when the local authorities have officially declared a weather emergency. If the requesting party cancels without an official weather emergency being proclaimed, all hours will be billed unless otherwise negotiated.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments will have a $5.00 charge per business day that the payment is not received. Please contact Stacey Webb if special arrangements need to be made.
